I have been happy to get to know different studios, but this is why I’m planing to cancel my membership:
- Too few slots for the studios, need to book 1 week in advance
- Your cancellation policy is way too rigid
- Too expensive
- No real customer service only a chatbot
- Limited variety of workouts
Don’t waste your money, such a scam!
It’s been 3 days where I have not been able to book my yoga classes. They say they have a technical error but they don’t fix it. I had to pay 16 euros directly to the studio I wanted to go to because I couldn’t use my credits.
I asked them to refund me the equivalent of 16 euros to credits and they will not even do that. I have 26 credits frozen in my account that I can’t use because they don’t solve the issue. I’ve been in contact with them several times on email, social media and their chat, that they just keep bouncing me back and forth to each other.
Such a joke!
