Description
The Club La Santa App is your way to easy planning and booking while staying at the world’s sports resort no. 1 in the Canarian island Lanzarote.
- Book sports activities, facilities, courts and bikes
- Find information about sport, resort, dining, wellness & health
- Make table reservations and get in touch with all departments
- Do a pre check-in before arrival
Sports Booking
Under the sport section you can find descriptions and requirements for all activities, facilities, courts and bike booking as well as information on availability, duration, meeting point, meeting time and number of participants. It is easy to book or to sign up for a waiting list and receive notifications as soon as you get a spot.
Via an intelligent point system, you can book for up to 300 points. As soon as your activity is over, or if you decide to cancel, your points are released for new bookings.
Registration
You will receive an invitation to the Club La Santa app by e-mail when you have booked your stay at Club La Santa. You can also contact Sports Booking onsite to create a user account.
Share your login with all people living in your apartment or invite them to a personal login. In the app, you can keep track of all your bookings and book on behalf of each other.
You can only book activities and facilities after check-in at reception and while staying at Club La Santa.

Ufærdig app, dårligt overblik
Dårligt overblik. Irriterende kun at have et log ind når man er 4 voksne i familien. Pre-check-in giver ingen fordel til at få værelse hurtigere eller kunne komme hurtigere igang med at reservere tider til aktiviteter, Opdatere langsomt selv med filtre. Appen virker som om den ikke er færdig udviklet i forhold til andre fitness apps. Eksempel Skodsborg Spa og fitness.

Nice prototype, but a poor production app
In the service industry, the concept of an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) is widely misunderstood. The saying of doing a software launch to test a hypothesis - and be proud that the quality is below par - do make sense.
But when it comes to “just” making service more effective at a resort, the game is different. You should rightfulness being expecting:
Stability, but this app is crashing again and again.
Functionality that works, but this scanning function can’t scan my driver’s license.
Aligned with normal practice, but this app has one login for four users. That is a security no-go, no matter how close the users are and how innocent the app’s content is.
So despite a great concept, this app can only get one star from me.
My advice to La Santa is to find a competent team to sort this mess of an app out.
