Much better than EarMaster 7 in most ways

At around 25 kr. this is a major bargain and a must for all musicians. The difficulty can be set to literally any level from absolute, and the level design and unlockable achievements make you want to become better and better. It even let's you compare scores with other players through Apple's Game Center app so you keep your high scores stored in iCloud. And no subscription fees, just one purchase and you get all features and updates.
