Appen styrer vores 13 gulvvarme termostater og det fungerer udemærket. Tak:)

Vi savner dog nogle funktioner som burde være lette at udvikle, Der ikke sket nogen opdatering af funktionalitet i de 2 år vi har haft anlægget...?

Vi savner følgende funktioner;

-Mulighed for opsætning af flere profiler end ude og hjemme. Jeg arbejder ofte hjemme og vil gerne have varme i fx stue og kontor, men behøver ikke varme i værelser, bryggers, bad etc.

-mulighed for at se historisk data, hvornår og hvormange timer kører der varme ud i de forskellige rum

Where to start...

Let me add a few of my wishes for the product:

* Speed- Please oh please make the app respond faster. Often I get the spinner running for 30 seconds before it either connects or even worse shows the lost connection notification. I have Nest, SmartThings, Philips Hue, iRobot and 10+ more smart home systems, even from small start-ups and none of them have these issues

* Customer support - Getting help is near impossible and when I in detail explain my issues Danfoss keep on claiming that the problem is not theirs...

* Integration - All other IoT products aim to integrate as much as possible but Link seems like a completely closed ecosystem. Come on guys (and girls) at Danfoss - keep up with the trends and make the product seamlessly integrate with a 2019 smarthome with multiple smart products

* Design/UX - Won’t go into too much detail but overall the hardware and software REALLY looks and feels like yesterday’s (or the day before yesterday’s) line of products

I could go on adding to the list but it truly saddens me to see that a Danish company is so far behind on making a 2019+ product that not only keeps up but races ahead of the competition.

Har ejet jeres varmesystem siden 2019 og der er lavet én firmware opdatering i Link systemet og stort set ingen opdateringer af app.

Mit system er koblet sammen med ventilationssystemet fra Danfoss ,men hvorfor pokker kan jeg ikke styre det fra min telefon hvis jeg fx vil justere blæsehastighed.

Der skal jeg bruge Link hovedenheden.??
