Great, but disappointing
Solid extension. I love that you can create your own colors. However, you can only make one custom palette, and it's erased when you pick one of the premade ones. My impression, before trying myself, was that all the presets in the screenshots could potentially be user made.
I also hoped that you could specify a specific palette for individual websites that would be remembered next time you visited. This combined with multiple custom palettes would be sick.
So if you're reading this devs, Dark Reader is pretty cool, but the option to make multiple custom palettes would take it to the next level imo. Especially if you could also define individual (custom) palettes for each website you visit.
Works like a charm
I would like, if it could figure out that a website (fx GitHub) already has its own dark mode, and then let it do its thing. Other than that, works exactly like you'd expect it to work. Good value for money.
