DB Navigator 4+

The app consistently shows a earlier than requested. I almost booked tickets for the wrong day.
It is very simple to show connections leaving about the request time. How is DB not able to get that right?

So here is the sorry story about a poorly designed app -
This app will on the outside look to be working but on the inside not so much!

When you end up getting a multiple journey ticket or any other form or card that lets you travel more than one time! It will brand it as a good offer and good deal! But forget to tell you you cannot use/ activate it again! So when you plan on using the rest of, ‘For example a 10day ticket’
Then you simply cannot use it again! It doesn’t pop op when you want to use it as a ticket in your zone!
Even though you can find it under your profile as a available ticket that only has 1 or 2 uses on it!
It’s there but you cannot use it! You will simply have to buy a new ticket!

Why or why did you do this to a reasonably good app? In addition to making it non-intuitive, you also removed several useful functions. Seems like we went to a beta-version all over again, and DB (in addition to its real problems on the tracks) are exploiting customers to test this half-baked app.

Please urgently bring back these functions (you are welcome)

1. Enable adjustment of time interval between trains:
When selecting an itinerary, the function of “arrive earlier” or “depart later” from the changing station is no longer available, but was very useful.
2. Bring back the Apple Wallet function.
It used to be possible to add DB ticket to Apple wallet. Which genius decided to get rid of that function?
3. Show different options when booking.
When booking 2nd class ticket, 1st class cheap options are no longer shown.
4. Enable app only change of language setting.
It used to be possible to change the App language in the app independently of the system language. Now in order to have the app language different from the system language, you are forced to add the desired language as one of the system languages. Why? Seems like lazy programming. Please return the option of changing the app language locally. 5. By the way, you were also too lazy to ensure that the German and the English versions work in the same way. My daughters have the German version and I have the English version. We recently simultaneously booked the same itinerary. The English version showed “low demand” while the German version showed “high demand”. Lazy lazy programming!
6. Not all trains are shown, for example when booking a trip from Regensburg to Berlin, not all ICE trains from Nürnberg to Berlin are shown.
7. It took me ages to realize that you need to use the dropdown menu to enable seat only booking.
8. Stop employing C students, school dropouts or renegades as programmers and your problems will go away. You are welcome.
