Jeg kan ikke hente app'en, det ligner at den bliver hentet, men den kommer ikke frem og når jeg går ind for at prøve at hente den igen, står der om jeg vil åbne den, og når jeg trykker kan dette ikke lade sig gøre, da den jo ikke er installeret.
