Description
E-vaskeri provides a wide range of smart functions that ease daily routines for users of Nortec® laundries. Depending on the specific laundry you use, you can access functions such as “Available”, “Book” and “Spent”.*
The functions “Available” and “Book” eliminate futile trips to the laundry. “Available” gives you a real-time overview of the machines in your laundry, so you can quickly and easily see which machines are available and see when the machines currently in use will finish their cycles. With the “Book” function, you can easily plan your laundry routines so you are always certain that an available machine is waiting for you when you come to the laundry.
*Not all functions are available to all users of e-vaskeri. This will depend on the set-up in your laundry, including the age of the machinery and the payment system used. Please note that some laundries do not use the “Book” function, so in these cases, the function will not be accessible on e-vaskeri. The “Available” function is only accessible in newer smart laundries.

Mulighed for funktioner i app
Det kunne være em fed funktion hvis det var muligt at sætte en alarm i appen og den gav en meddelelse når der var fx. 5 min tilbage på maskinen! Så selv hvis man havde glemt at man havde tøj over så ville man få en reminder om at ens tøj næsten var færdig
Dejligt nemt
Jeg syntes det fungere så fint at jeg kan bestille via min telefon. Det er en mega fin måde at gøre det på kan kun anbefale det. Mvh. Birgit
Irresponsible cloth washing business
For unknown reason, I can not use the app to book the machine. It shows “no connection”. I don’t know why? Seems other people still can wash their clothes. But i can’t. Why they do this to me? Feel annoying. I try to call their service. However, they ask me to call their customer service on week day(today is Saturday). Unbelievably, they run a daily life business but only with technical support on week day? Very irresponsible. I have to wash my clothes as I have to attend a very important tomorrow. Feel very frustrated. If they don’t invest enough money to provide a stable App quality, then they should hire people to customers service in the weekend. Ok, maybe it is just how nordic technology and business is.
