Control Center app cannot find accessories

When I first got a Light Strip I set it up correctly following the manual, and it did work.

Now the Control Center cant find the Light Strip and I tried everything. (Reset Light Strip, reset router/wifi, reinstalled the app, ect).

So I guess the app just stopped working, it cannot find anything.

1 star, super bad app.

Never works unless you try 4-10 times

good luck using your phone to make this work. keep trying for more than 5 times before the app knows your hardware, even though you’re oncthe network, pc will figure out instantly, phones will take far more to understand, never use elgato app, useless, panasonic works right away, no questions asked.

Doesn’t work

App wont find keylight. And yes I tried resetting it multiple times and also tried the app on a different phone. Will resort to the desktop app tomorrow 😔
