Worst banking app ever !
After being forced to upgrade to the new app everything that was easy to do on a desktop login is now complicated or impossible. Being forced to use the app for almost everything has lead to a lower level of overall security.

We understand this situation is less than ideal and apologize for any unpleasant experience. We strongly advice all our customers not to share their security access credentials with anyone. Bank will never ask for card numbers, CVV and PINs. Your security is our top priority, and we take these incidents very seriously. Still regretting that I upgraded. The new app makes me consider changing bank.

Hi, thank you for reaching out to us. Recently we have done changes on UI by bringing in “Quick Actions” tab on the home page to make navigation easy. New services such as Authenticated Statement, Reference Letter, Balance Certificate, Liability Letter and Standing Instructions for Utility payments, Multi bill payments at one go, has been launched to make banking easier for our customers. Export to excel is also now available for Recent transactions and FAQs are incorporated so that customers can clarify their doubts for commonly used journeys.
