We update the app regularly to ensure a good charging experience. Included in this update bug fixes and performance improvements.

It works really fine, and I have been happy but…….
The new setup with the app is a real disaster, sorry to say.
Before when I used all the KW I had purchased, I could after 24 hours of the latest charge, buy another portion of KW. And it worked so great and smooth on a lot of charge stations.
But the new setup, where I buy some KW and not before after a month, from purchase, am I able to buy more KW. So if I use all me KW I have purchased, wait 24 hours, tries to buy more, they are not effective before a month after I purchased the other KW’s.
I have just used all the KW I bought for 12 days ago, so I wanted to buy additional 80 KW, but my purchase is not effective before in 18 days, so until then, I have to pay a very high KW price on €0,89 or. KW, or buy charging from another supplier and not used this app.
That is so stupid. Enel X-way could easily have been the only charge app for me, if I could keep buying more KW’s in packages.
Please change this, or you are just the most expensive and not flexible solution in Denmark.
Værste service nogen sinde!
På ferie i Italien hentede min hustru og jeg denne app og oprettede abonnement. Vi forsøgte 8 gange på 10 dage at lade og det lykkedes 2 gange!!
Vi oprettede nye konti i appen og prøvede alle vores kreditkort, men ligemeget hjalp det.
Vi blev konstant informeret om at vi skulle kontrollere hvor meget der stod på kontoerne på de kort vi forsøgte at bruge. Alle kort havde mindst 1000 euro på kontoen, men alligevel kunne vi ikke lade.
Jeg har oprettet en support ticket igennem appen for 10 dage siden, den er aldrig blevet besvaret.
Jeg har ringet til firmaet igennem appen og da opkaldet blev besvaret spurgte jeg efter hjælp på engelsk. Så blev røret smækket på!
Aldrig har jeg oplevet så gennemført en ringe service!! Nu kan vi ikke annullere vores oprettede konti. De får en stjerne fordi vi trods alt fik ladet 2 gange… men det var slet ikke det værd!!
So many bugs
Something went wrong is the most common message when trying to do basic operations like logging in. Definitely the worst charging app I’ve ever used. I can’t believe this is the most popular charging network in Italy - trying to use it is incredibly frustrating.
