EquateMobile is the companion app for EquatePlus, the equity compensation platform offered by Computershare and Equatex, part of the Computershare Group.

The app provides an easy-to-read overview of your equity compensation plan(s)’s value and performance, and a comprehensive overview of all relevant and plan-related events. You can enter and manage trades, and access your elections, documents, statements and agreements.

Download our app today and login immediately. Use the same user ID and password you use for the web application, EquatePlus. If you need help, you can contact us 24/7 – phone numbers are available in the app or through EquatePlus.

Requirements:
• Your employer, or the company your equity compensation plan is with, must have authorized use of the mobile app as part of their agreement with Computershare or Equatex.
• You have logged in to the web application, EquatePlus, and have a valid User ID and password.

Allmost there…

The app is great but we need Danish language.
5 stars will be given when Danish is available.

Updates not impressive

Every time I update the app it does not work. Other developers can design apps that does not require re-entering of passwords after update. Please fix this.

Leaves a lot to be desired

After the update the app does not work at all - It cannot even open and refers you to the web-page! Even when it did work it lacked functionality like showing when stocks/options will vest. Disappointing

We are sorry to hear you did not have a positive experience with our new version of EquateMobile.
The app should be working and available. f you are still experiencing problems with the login in EquateMobile, we suggest you get in touch with us via our support e-mail address: equatemobile-support@equatex.com where one of our product managers will assist you.
Our new version is a complete new app based on new technology and improved performance with a completely redesigned user interface. In order to bring the new improved technology and design early to our users, we had to prioritize the features. But this version is just the first step and the basis on which we now can introduce many new improvements that are planned to be made available in the next months. The next version is already scheduled to be available by the end of the month and it will include the full list of recent and upcoming activities (including the upcoming vestings).

We hope you will like the improvements in the next version and that this will provide you with a better experience. Please continue providing us with feedback on the future versions!
