Hoping for an improvement on this app
Seems to work poorly for everything other than booking a flight ticket. I experience several problems with the functions related to my Etihad Guest account.

Not reliable and safe
The app is hopelessly slow and gave us inaccurate information during a flight from Copenhagen to Tokyo that was first cancelled and the following day so delayed that we missed our Etihad Connection from Abu Dhabi to Tokyo. The app only caused confusion to an already horrible journey. Don’t rely on this app.
