--Billing Cycle: 1 Month (Subscribe Monthly for all advanced features), 12 Months (Subscribe Annually for all advanced features)

--Subscription Fee: $1.9, per month with monthly billing; $9.9, per year with annual billing.

Slow support (if ever)

Bought a Camera Slim 2 which included a 1 yr Advance plan with cloud storage for it. I see the Adv. Plan is active in eWeLink, but I can’t see the storage. Only options in eWeLink camera storage settings is to subscribe. Wrote to them twice without any response for 4 days.

The app shuts me out

The app worked fine for a while. But now I’m in logon hell. Forced to find three different kodes that does not exist, and the app claims that I as a user do not exist. Bizarre. And I’ve realized that it is rediculous to spend 20 minutes NOT turning on your own lights

Stopped working after an update

Used to work fine, but after an update I was signes out, and now I can’t log in again. I can only choose China as country, and my credentials ar rejected. So I can no longer use my devices with this app.
