Just okay
The end results are usually fine but that paid subscribers must wait in a queue is plainly ridiculous. Sometimes the wait is so long that you give up. I’m not sure I’ll continue with this app under those circumstances.

We had a backend issue on that day (roughly 2-3 hours). So in this case, the queuing was probably related to this. If you still experience issues like this, please let us know.

As you can imagine, we need to cover server costs which we do by running commercials.
Our subscription fee is the lowest on the market which removes ads and adds many features. E.g. we are close to releasing new features for all users in the next update - which development cost has been covered by our app users.
