Crashes after update

Can’t even open the app. It shows loading screen and then immediately shuts down. Doesn’t help to kill the app, restart the phone or uninstall/reinstall the app. My iOS is up to date too. Please fix!

We apologize for the crashing issue you are experiencing with our NFL My Playbook app for iOS. We recently released an app update that resolves this issue. If you haven’t done so already, please update your app to version 2.7.6 and you should not experience the issue any longer.

If the issue persists after updating, sometimes a “fresh” install is required to fix the problem. Please uninstall and reinstall the app and you’ll be all set. We sincerely apologize again and we wish you the best of luck during the rest of the season!
