Good game but issues receiving your purchase.

I’m a new player to this game and I really like playing it. I want to support this game so I purchased some coins. After I had paid the game freezes so I had to update it and when I got into the game I hadn’t received my coins. I spoke to Apple support and they sent in a report to the developers to refund my money. And I also wrote to them and very quickly they responded and manually fixed it. Then I dared to purchase again 28 January due to there was an discount and I thought this was a one time thing but it wasn’t. So now I did the same procedure again calling Apple and wrote to Nanobit support. Since it has happened twice I do not dare to buy again it’s too elaborate sadly. Hope they fix it for their own good 😊
