Downloading and using Freeletics Workout & Fitness is free. Access your personal training plan and other features with the Coach, available in the app with a subscription.

The subscription automatically renews if you do not cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for the next subscription period up to 24 hours prior to the current subscription’s expiration. You can manage your subscription and disable automatic renewal at any time in your Apple account settings. You have the right to withdraw from your initial subscription within 14 days of starting it. Get in shape without a gym.

Good but still a way to go

For a beginner like me, I would like to have the option to tell the coach that I’m totally new, that I hurt/sore 6 days after the first training session, where I hurt continuously because of my weak lumbar back and neck and receive a training session that corresponds to this.
I cannot already train the day after again because I’m so so sore. It takes me almost a week to recover thus the training chosen, does not show accurate days remaining.
I hope you’ll get the coach more up to date, that the coach can receive even more detailed feedback and more accurately put a plan together.
