Doesn’t work for foreigners

Unable to buy ticket as non-UK person. App does not allow entering country, and fails to verify payment card. I expect more in 2022

Useless

Try and buy a ticket as a non-domestic - impossible because you cannot verify your country and address not being UK

TRY TO PAY WITH PAYPAL - app closes

Find your tickets - you would guess on your dashboard, but no - it is hidden under customer service and order history

Price is btw higher in app than online

What’s to like - nothing

Never use this app for purchase e-tickets

Based on my experience, this app will take your money but never deliver the e-ticket. Asking GX for a refund for a product GX never delivered, GX will make it really hard for you and in the end not return your money. So let this be a warning to all, NEVER give GX your money unless they hand you the product up front.
