Irresponsive customer service

Having so much trouble with the verification process even though I have the license to driving in Scandinavia and all the documents. After getting all of my official and personal info, the verification stopped moving. The 2-hour promise turned into almost three days now. Customer service initially responded once without looking into my issue, and then stopped responding all together. I don’t know what they are doing. They don’t have customer’s interests in their mind.
