A ghost?

So I was on my way to my brothers room, when I suddenly saw a strange white sitting creature. So I asked "What is are you. Do you even have a name?" but he didn’t answer. He just kept looking at something that looked like an old paper, so I asked him again. "What kind of piece of paper are you holding?"
but this time he looks really afraid at me. “He” didn't even manage to say what his name was until he was gone. Strange.

The man

Me and my friends was out on a walk, and I used this app and we stopped because I saw a ghost on the app, and I asked, what his name and his name was George, and he was 23 when he died and he died 1840 and I said bye to him and he said no don’t go now, and I said I have to go, and now he was mad, he said DON’T GO OR ELSE, now I was scared, and my phone died after that, then the same night my phone was on again and I saw that I had 37 messages from an unknown number, they all said WHY DID YOU WHEN I SAID NOT TO NOW I HAVE TO DO WHAT I HAVE TO DO I called the number 5 times and nobody answered but 5 minutes later my phone ring it was the unknown number I picked up the phone and I said “hello?” The person on the phone just briefed on to the phone and then they said “hello do you live here” and I saw I Picture of my house I looked outside and saw the creepy dude he saw me and ran to the front door he tried to open the door now I called the police I was so scared and then I Heard glass break I locked my door to my room and waited to the caps to come and then I heard someone coming up the stairs now I was scared the person came over to my door and I heard a car come up it was the caps the caps opened the door and yelled “police” and I yelled “UP HERE” and the cops came upstairs and the man runs over to the bathroom and locks the door the caps came over to my door and said “open up” I opened the door and we saw the man open the door and running over to me and the caps took the man out to the police car and said to never go on the app again.
