Hate when I can’t tip my drivers 😩
Please team Gojek — make it possible to tip your drivers with the same payment card used to pay in the app.. AFTER completed ride too! There’s been so many times I’ve wanted to tip my driver after ended ride, but haven’t been able to because I don’t have GoPay (or cash).. Pls change this!

Gojek will not even create tickets if you receive a wrong order. You cannot speak to a human through their “chat” (it’s not a chat, it’s a frustrating ai menu)
