I like that it’s simple!

I don’t work out often or even regularly, so I like that this program is simple and that I can jump in and out as I please. I do find, as a minus, that the routines get longer and longer to the extend where I think they are too long (I don’t like spending too much time working out) and would have liked some harder exercises and fewer repetitions... but that’s just me

Det virker fint, men der er nogle få uklarheder. I Plank hold er der ikke defineret nogen tid som man skal holde øvelsen i. Der er ej heller en modifikation til pullup i mit program, jeg kan ikke lave dem uden lidt opbyggelse af styrke eller modificerer øvelse.. Godt app med få ting der får mig til at stoppe op undervejs.
