Long delivery time
It’s a cute idea but I’ve been waiting for a delivery for 1.5hours and it’s still at the warehouse- so much for their advertising to deliver within 10min.
Customer service is not very helpful as their only solutions is to credit me the delivery fee for my next order or cancel the order all together for a refund.
My first time using gorillas and am very disappointed, most likely my last time too. It’s much faster to just walk to the store
