The Gymboss Interval Timer app is a programmable interval timer perfect for any workout where timing is needed to time work and/or rest periods. You can time a single time interval, or multiple time intervals, and repeat them as many times as you wish. Perfect for running, HIIT, tabata, crossfit, home workouts, mma, boxing, weight lifting, stretching, or any other workout that requires timing.

Gymboss timer er en simpel timer, som alligevel er fleksibel nok til at have flere intervaller. Interfacet er simpelt og overskueligt og nemt at komme igang med.
New update
The new update doesnt play the sound when the round is up... doesnt play any sound while listening to music.. the update just messed a good app up..
Kunne være så godt
Men hvis man låser sin telefon mens man træner, så fungerer intervallerne ikke, hvilket i praksis gør app'en fuldstændigt ubrugeligt. En skam.
