We invite you to try our new H.B. Fuller Customer Portal App with improved functionality. It will be easier than ever to place and change orders, access technical product information and view invoices.
The business trend is already a reality - buying products online is easy, convenient, cost-effective, and less time-consuming. You plan and you decide - with a 24/7 account access, manage your eCommerce transactions when it’s convenient for you.
PLACING ORDERS:
• Self-service password maintenance
• View real-time information on your products. Pricing, quantities, and minimum order requirements
• Confirmation of lead time per product
• Save repeat orders for faster ordering
RETRIEVING INFORMATION:
• All your order / delivery / invoice history is available in the Customer Portal App, not just for orders placed online
• Access to order acknowledgements and invoices and to historic data up to 2 years
• Check the status of your placed orders
• View and download open orders or order history
