Every time you get a new update, the app jumps off and dies not get to run again

Really frustrating app. Terrible
1. Forgets my device regularly. I have to delete app and start over every time.
2. The original password is no longer secure, but the page for renewing password doesnt fit my mobilescreen. So I cant finish opration as there is no scroll. So now im locked out of my device.
