Bug fixes and minor improvements;
- Fixed an issue where the mobile app could error when opening particular tickets due to CSS on notes that could not be rendered
- The mobile applications now show all users phone numbers on Ticket Details if the "Show all Users phone numbers on Ticket screen" setting is enabled
- Warning added to mobile applications if you cannot action a ticket due to an invalid user on the ticket
