The Photo off Harbour is sooooo slow to load
Nearly useless. And yes, I have fast internet access. Often “Data could not be read” My guess- too many users :-(( I think I will cancel my payment. Maybe it will help if we all dit that.
Wrote this long time ago.
It has been bad all the time.
To the company: This is not good customer service - we pay for the app yearly!!!!

We are sorry this has been your experience. In the latest versions (1.3.2 and above) we have rectified bugs around "internet connectivity", and also introduced better caching to ensure the data usage of the app isn't as wild as previously.
The app is under constant improvement, and users like you really help us make the right decisions in regards to where our focus in regards to betterment should be. We appreciate your feedback, and are working hard to fix all known issues.
The fastest approach is contacting customer service when encountering issues or voicing complaints, so the company can be aware of the complaints, and can work to rectify the issues.

Scrollfunktionen virker ikke ordentlig, hvis man prøve at side op og ned og rammer et billede, er det billedet, der flytter sig.
