Virker ikke
Fungerede fint indtil fornylig. På iPad får jeg ikke tilsendt kode til e-mail og på iPhone kører processen via MitID som den skal, men på Hedvig står man som ikke logget ind.
Aldrig aldrig aldrig
Verdens dårligste kundeservice. Jeg blev adviseret om at firmaet ville lukke i Danmark og fandt derfor ny forsikring. Min forsikring er opsagt hos Hedvig, men de opkræver fortsat for forsikring hos dem SAMTIDIG med at de sender advarsler om, jeg ikke har betalt.
Når man ringer til kundeservice lægger de på, og nu skal jeg geninstallere appen for at se, om jeg kan få dem i snak derigennem.
buggy update
The new update makes the app very buggy, it gives me an error after I recorded what happened and sends me to chat, which then froze and quit the app abruptly. Please fix!
