Buildings won’t upgrade

Buildings and research won't upgrade in the background while you are away or switching between hospitals. Don’t know if it’s a feature or a bug, but it makes the game unplayable once you reach a certain level and every upgrade takes 2+ hours.

Otherwise an ok game.

The buildings and research wont upgrade in the backround or close the game this needs to be fixed
