Cool app but....

I upgraded for more hubs after I got the IKEA Trådfri hub.... I saw on the website that it worked..... but not supported yet.... waist of money for now.... but otherwise the app is great.... but useless for now.... for me anyway...

We are very sorry to learn that you, with all good intentions, decided to purchase multiple bridges to get your Trådfri gateway supported. Our Android version only supports this bridge at the moment; we intend to bring over support for this to iOS later this year. It is simply not ready to offer at this time. We regret the information on our website was not clear enough on this and we have now indicated this more clearly. Ikke godt efter sidste opdatering

Har egentlig været meget glad for essentials og har valgt at tilkøbe den fulde pakke.
Men flere af mine indstillinger på sensor og friends of hue tryk, virker ikke efter sidste opdatering.
Det er meget omstændigt at indstille dem på ny.

Ikke meget man får for “Premium” version til 49 kr. For dårligt formuleret.

Det lyder flot når man læser “Køb premium-version for at få adgang til alle funktioner”
Jeg besluttede at bruge de 49 kr for at få adgang til alle funktioner, da jeg gjorde det blev jeg helt fint advaret om at adgang til flere bridges krævede et andet tilkøb til 35 kr. Jeg har kun en bridge, så fair nok, det kunne jeg godt leve med, så jeg trykkede Køb.
Efter at have betalt ville jeg så til at se på alle de lyseffekter som appen reklamerer med, men til min overraskelse skal man så betale yderlige 6x9 kr = 54 kr for at få adgang til dem.
Formuleringen “Køb Premium-version for at få adgang til alle funktioner” er totalt misvisende. Jeg tænker at jeg ikke er den eneste der forstår at premium (som reklamerer med adgang til alle funktioner) inkluderer de 6 effekt pakker, som således kan købes med lidt rabat fordi man køber dem alle på én gang.
Det er ikke godt nok, så jeg er nu på vej ind for at bede om at få refunderet købet, da det er markedsført som noget helt andet end det man får.
Øv øv, virker ellers som en fin app, og 49 kr er rimeligt for fuld funktion, men ikke over 100 kr.
