20kr i administrationsgebyr, når man vil trække ens penge ud af appen? 😱 Når man har så mange bots til at lave falske anmeldelser, så burde man også være i stand til at lave en automatiseret service, der kan næsten fjerne dette gebyr!

Balance too low error
My balance is 21.77, but when I try to start a wash which costs 21.77, the app complains and asks me to add even more money to my balance.
If I add more, I will end up having money stuck in the account.
This is my last laundry before moving, so I don’t want more money left in my account.
They charge a 20kr fee for me to get my money back if I have balance left over.
The only way for me to get value out of the 21.77kr I have on the account (i.e. do laundry) is to add more money to the account.
I realize it is just a small amount of money, and I probably shouldn’t care. But this feels like something bordering on scam/theft.

Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like you have set your refill limit above 0. If your balance drops below the chosen limit, the app shows a warning. To change it, go to "Activities," click the balance banner, and set the refill limit to 0 in wallet settings. If you need help, please let us know so we can make the changes before your move!
