Description
ipnordic Mobile Communicator is our user-friendly app version of ipnordic Communicator.
With all the best features you may already be familiar with from your PC, the app allows you to take your Communicator on the go.
Mobile Communicator enables you to easily interact with your customers and colleagues, no matter where you are.
With ipnordic Mobile Communicator, you can:
- See, call, and send text messages to your colleagues
- Choose your favorites
- Forward and redirect calls
- Change your status
- View your company's phone queues
- Monitor live statistics on your queues
- Add or remove agents from queues
- Select the number to present when calling out
- Check your colleagues' work calendars and appointments
- Perform name lookups for all local numbers
- Send group SMS
- Listen to, share, or delete your voicemail messages
