Hi all
I have been a customer with Amazon for 15-20 years. I have almost never any issues. But I just had a bad experience with Amazon, who delayed a package for an extra day on an express delivery. Unfortunately I was staying in a hotel, so I was no longer there to pick it up. Amazon just refunded everything immediately and my only problem was to get to a representative on the chat. But I have to say - I am a satisfied customer! Even when things go bad they back me up. Thats a customer loyalty experience right there!

Min pakke er nu en måned forsinket.
Har forsøgt at komme i kontakt med kundeservice. Kun muligt ved at bestille et opkald. Dette forsøgt flere gange indenfor den sidste uge. Har endnu ikke hørt noget.

Bug report
I couldnt find a place to report bugs in the app so im doing it here. There is a bug that makes you jump farther down while scrolling. It’s pretty annoying so pls fix it
