Just to avoid any misunderstandings the iPhone and iPad app is a native iOS app with no relation to Silverlight at all. But as you mention the web/desktop version requires Silverlight to run and we have to admit that the Silverlight version has a hard time to live up to the user experience of the iPad and iPhone version. The Silverlight version was where Kanbana started off and a lot has happen since then. Silverlight as a technology is deprecated in most browsers which is why we are considering other solutions. But until then it is still a durable solution after the initial installation.
