Monthly, quarterly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions
The monthly subscription gives you unlimited access to content, the whole food database & knowledge. Subscription duration is either one month, 3 month (quarterly) or a year and it is auto-renewable which means that once purchased it will be auto-renewed every chosen time period until you cancel it 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. If you decide to subscribe you will pay the price set for your country, as shown in the app for a subscription duration of your chosen time period. The subscription automatically renews if it is not canceled within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for the next subscription period up to 24 hours prior to the current subscription expiring. You can manage your subscription and auto-renewal by going to your iTunes & AppStore Account Settings.

How do I cancel a subscription???
I downloaded the app a few days ago to check it out and suddenly I am being billed for a yearly subscription, which I have never agreed to. It is not possible to cancel the subscription through iTunes subscription settings - it says “no refund possible for this purchase”. Please fix ASAP!

Sorry to hear that:
When asked to start the free trial you agreed to get billed for a plan selected after the trial (if it’s week, month or year). It is not possible for any app to bill you without you having accepted upfront via iTunes - as iTunes does the billing.
Nevertheless if you think anything technically went wrong, here is the link to get ask iTunes for a refund: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT20138
Hope that helps, as we cannot refund directly as the billing goes via iTunes 🙏

So it aint free with buy in app.
Imposible to unsubscribe.
Have tried for months to unsubscribe, but it keeps taking money from my account.
