Clean, efficient, first-class crews.
Shitty late ticket service
The KLM app shows price for late tickets up to the very moment of departure, but will not let you pay for it, so your are left waiting hours for the next flight. Not a great service when your'e a regular traveler.....

Delayed!!! Again!!!
Flying with KLM is no treat!!! Last time i was delayed more than 12 hrs, now 3!!!! And no compensations given! Not Ok!!
