Every day Koru helps you go through your bad thoughts using journaling exercises and CBT methodologies by analyzing and re-elaborating them through the ABC technique in a visual way.

Thanks to the collaboration with experts in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as of today we provide a way to work on your mental well-being, cultivate more happiness in life and feel comfortable in your mind again.

The path of life is not always linear.
Each one of us, our thoughts and our habits change and evolve with it.
There are moments when the line of life becomes tangled.
Thoughts sometimes can be difficult to drive away.
Koru helps you along this path, analyzing what your intrusive thoughts are, and initializing their resolution. You're not alone. Unravel yourself with Koru.


HOW DOES KORU WORKS?
Following the ABC methodology, when you are experiencing a bad moment, you are asked to take a minute and add your bad thoughts on your Koru.
In the second moment of the day, thanks to a notification system provided by a daily timer, you will be asked to re-analyze your thoughts by going through some questions aimed at a positive re-elaboration.

WHERE IS YOUR DATA?
All journaling entries are secure. Nothing is seen by humans. None of your training data is shared with third parties or outside partners.

IS KORU EFFECTIVE?
Koru uses proven CBT methodologies.
It is a type of treatment that helps individuals identify and change problematic thoughts, behaviors, and emotions through cognitive restructuring.
This technique involves challenging irrational thoughts, identifying thinking patterns, and helping people replace them with rational thoughts that are based on reality.
The model states that it’s not a simple matter of an unchangeable process in which events lead to beliefs that result in consequences; the type of belief matters, and we have the power to change our beliefs. The process aims to find the cognitive biases behind them to accept rational beliefs and dispute irrational beliefs.

KORU IS NOT THE RIGHT CHOICE IF:
Digital solutions and CBT are not a good fit for everyone.
