Donot use this to book your trip
It is a bad app/website to book your trip. I have booked a package through them. When I went there I found that the hotel is located in a gang area. My phone has been stolen (that have everything) on my day of arrival. The police was ot helpful to find my phone. It was a night mare and I didnot feel secure through my stayment at the hotel. As it is surrounded by criminals. Lastminute.com refused to change the hotel or to give me a refund. Their reviews are fake. They donot have a clear stayment about the hotels that they offer at their website. If you want to have a bad experience and getting your things stolen, book through them.
