Terrible app
Unable to use the app. Not possible to save areas or divide into rooms. Pop-ups in Chinese???
Bought this to clean specific areas while being at work - this is not possible! It wants to do a full clean every time.
Works when it wants to
Why do I have to open the app 10 times before it respons? It’s always offline? The robot is great but the app is terrible!
Good vacuum cleaner - app could use a serious update
First of all, she the robot is charging, it is called ‘Charging’, not ‘In the charging’ as the robot says.
And please fix the fact that the map is deleted almost every time the robot is turned upside down (for instance to clean the brushes).
And even though the robot has cleaned the entire house, if it doesn’t do it in exactly ONE go, you cannot divide the house in room, but it just moves around like it is mapping the house every time.
And some of the pop-ups make no sense. When giving the robot a new order when it is executing an existing one, you are asked if you want to continue, and then you can either choose ‘jump’ og ‘cancel’. Really weird.
BUT THE ROBOT ITSELF WORKS VERY WELL 😊
