Lensa AI: photo editor, avatar 4+

I have been a big fan in the past and I have told so many people that this app was worth the subscription But that has changed with the last updates… It seems like every time there’s an update, we loose features and certain tools become unstable or unavailable It has been the eraser tool that made the app crash every time you tried to use it, a lot of the filters have disappeared and now the filters appear multiple times so you end up loosing track of what you have tried And the newest layout of the app is just annoying… I want to see my projects as the first thing - not my camera roll or AI options It’s not user friendly, it’s not a help, and it makes the app less attractive and apparently also very unstable With the last update the app keeps crashing every time I try to enter my library of previously edited pictures, which means I don’t have access to all the photos I have already worked on, and I have to start over again With the fee you pay for this app, every crash feels like money out the window - I have effectively not been able to use this app for over 24 hours now and I’m expecting it to take at least a week before it’s fixed, because that’s how it usually goes In the mean time I will be using another app and the longer this continues, the more likely it is that I will migrate to another app all together

It’s a scam, I paid almost 20 dollars and I have not even one result. There’s no client attention contact and on FAQ it says you have to deal with Apple in my case but they don’t assure the reimbursement
