Description
With the Lieferando iPhone app, you can order the food you love wherever you are in Germany. From over 37,000 restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores to choose from, you can enjoy everything from burgers, pizza, pasta, sushi, salads and loads more, and get it all delivered to your door.
Need some bits from the supermarket, liquor store or florist? Just open the Lieferando app, choose ‘groceries’ and fill your basket. Whether it’s baby food, diapers, flowers, liquor, beer, wine, beauty products, ice cream, chocolate, milk, fruit and bread, our partners have it all.
How it works:
Ordering is easy. You can either pick a saved address, fill in your postcode/street name or let the app find your location automatically. You can then choose your favourite restaurant or store and select what you fancy. Choose to pay with PayPal, Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay or another option, or pay with cash when your food gets delivered if the restaurant allows it.
Follow your order to your doorstep:
Track your order from the kitchen or store straight to your doorstep with our Food Tracker®. We'll even send you push notifications to update you about the status of your order. It usually takes 30-45 minutes to deliver your food or groceries.

Your Lieferando app has a brand new look!
Based on your feedback, we improved the design. It’s easier than ever to order what you want – from groceries to delicious meals.
There are now more search options and filters, and we also improved the navigation speed.
On top of that, we added new features like:

Browse the most popular categories in your neighbourhood.
- New ‘For you’ section
Access StampCards and Loyalty Points by clicking ‘For you’ in the navigation.
- Bigger menu images
See what’s on offer at a glance. Like the look of something? Press ‘+’ to add it to your basket.
- Your cravings, saved
Your last order is saved for you, so you can come back to it anytime.

Faulty app
In 3 out of 4 orders with the food arrived before it was even announced that it was out for delivery. Very poorly made time estimates and no real-time delivery orders.

Missing foods
Half of my burger king order on January 13 was missing. I contacted customer service. I haven't heard from them since and it's March 11.

Error messages
All of a sudden, the app tells me that my favourite restaurant does not deliver to this address anymore. So I had to order by phone, actually speaking to another human! Gross! And of course, they still do deliver to my address. Fix it!
