Have you ever felt the need to find your way back to that special location that ordinary GPS seems to be unable to find?

Look no further, Lokite has your back!

Lokite supports both the metric and the imperial system. So there is no need for converting distances back and forth between the systems. Simply press the "Add Location" button while still at your desired location*. Go on with your everyday life and once you're in need of finding your way back, just visit the Lokite app and follow the arrow. Easy!

How does it work?

While in use, we track the location of your device by collecting the current coordinates. By hitting "Add Location" we store those coordinates on device as a point reference. By careful calculations, we use the built in compass in your device to help you navigate your way back to your desired location. Kind of like Jack Sparrow's Compass, not necessarily showing North but what your heart desire.

Why use Lokite as your navigating partner?

- Get started with a click. No messy or time consuming sign ups or logins required.
- It doesn't collect or store your data other than on your own device. Your privacy and integrity is important to us!
- Your location is found via satellites, which means no need for internet connection**. Time to go off the grid and relax.

* Requires satellite connection. Not suitable for using in garages since indoor usage may affect the location accuracy. The built in compass may be affected by strong magnetic fields.
** Requires internet connection for a short period of time while completing an in-app purchase, such as starting a new subscription.

* Two new types of Widgets: Add a Location & Quick Navigation
* Cloud Sync: All your saved locations can now be backed up to your iCloud. Your data will always remain yours, and now also enabling backups.
* Expected time of arrival now changes with chosen terrain difficulty, and calculates approximately accordingly: Easy = 3,9 km/h (2.42 mph), Medium = 3,2 km/h (1.99 mph), Tough = 2,7 km/h (1.68 mph)
