Best self-hypnose out there!

I admit, this was not my first hypnose download, but after trying a program for "Inner peace" I noticed how easily effected I became. I relaxed deeply and felt great next day, so I decided to look for a program for weight loss, and THEN I found this.

And it works.
Not magically overnight - nothing can do that - but if you make the choice in your 'upper' mind, then this program can help you tune in with your deeper mind, and help you keep determend and focsed on your goal.

I've fallen asleep to mr. Andrews voice for a little more than 4 weeks now and now my mind is tuned. I no longer crawe bad foods, I eat the right amount of the right food, and I can actually see the rapid difference over time on my calorie counter: the day after I stared to listen to this I ate far less than the day before!

I have now moved on to "Get fit" and will keep on looking back for more of these great programs forevermore.

In short:

Great

Really great. Though i always float away during the session, i wake up when he gently tells me to do so, and that leads me to believe that the strange sensation of the body going limb and the mind floating away is an actual trance.
When i wake up i feel rested, motivated and content.
Great way to mentally motivate your body into losing weight.
It is working!
