I love it and I think it loves me
It’s clear that moodfit is backed up by relevant science. It’s a great tool for me. My autistic brain loves the framework and categories and especially it’s a great tool for monitoring your patterns and shifts in a very specific way. And it provides meaningful responses to my personal data and meaningful general information about the human condition and experience.
I would love if I was able to equate even more of my goal results in one chart, so I would be able to analyze cause and effect regarding my environment, state and mood, but even though I don’t use the insight as much the action itself of completing my daily goals is doing wonders for my peace of mind
