No new stickers

I can get my first 5 packets, but after that, no new packets. The timer doesn’t work. I’ve had the game for a full 24 hours and re downloaded it, but it seems as it’s the games fault. I know some of your other My —— Album games work, so it’s kinda annoying that this one doesn’t. Is the problem fixable?
