Patients with Medtronic heart devices that have Bluetooth® wireless telemetry can download this app for free and use it for remote monitoring. The app can be used to automatically send heart device information to your clinic – wherever you go. Cellular and Wi-Fi availability applies. To get started, contact your doctor to confirm your enrollment in the Medtronic CareLink™ network.

The MyCareLink Heart™ mobile app has requirements for your phone or tablet and operating system (OS) version. The app cannot transfer data between your heart device and the Medtronic CareLink™ network if those requirements are not met.
The requirements for your phone or tablet and OS version will change over time. You may need to update, or replace, your phone or tablet and OS to use the app to transfer data between your heart device and the Medtronic CareLink™ network.
