Biggest Crap
1) After a little time it forgets that a simcard is enrolled
2) Enrolling a simcard requires that a telecom connection is available, which normally it is not, because that is exactly the reason one will use a pocket WiFi
3) Cannot load simcard from this app
4) setting up requires that the pocket WiFi already has load, which in most cases it has not
6) generally confusing, with no useful help

We're here to help, Olav123. Perform the basic troubleshooting steps below: 1. Exit MyPldtSmart App and try to register again. 2. Ensure that the MyPldtSmart App version is up to date. 3. Turn off and on the device to refresh. 4. Uninstall and reinstall the app as needed. If the problem persists, e-mail oneapp@smart.com.ph with your mobile number and error/error concerns.
