Improve the coordination and reaction time of your body to visual input. Or would you rather train your balance skills? No problem. This app section has a wide range of applications and interpretations.
>>> Kognitionsspiele:
Not only is it very useful to keep the mind fresh with logic games, but it can also be very useful from a brain based training perspective to target specific brain regions that are involved in logical processing.
The app is suitable for athletes and non-athletes alike. The only requirement is a basic understanding of brain based training methods.
